About the Event
Madison Woods is an amazing artist who will teach you how to create your own original watercolor pigments from native Ozark rocks. Enjoy a hike to the creek where you will learn to select the best rocks and then bring them back, grind them up and create a mixture of different colors to use on your own paintings. This 4-hour workshop is labor intensive because you are breaking up rocks, so be prepared to sweat and will indulge the native artist in you as you learn to create a completely natural paint for your creations.Â
All class supplies are provided included safety glasses.Â
