About the Event

ONSC is seeking volunteers to assist with outreach on Thursday, October 9th, from 8:30AM-4:00PM or the AR Symbols Day field trips for mostly 1st-3rd graders at the Shiloh Museum for Ozark History in Springdale, AR.  ONSC will be hosting the state bird station, the Mockingbird. We will have binoculars for students to use to try to spot the pictures of Mockingbirds we set up around the area. We will also share fun facts about the state bird, and have bookmarks to give out to the students. The actual field trips are from 9:00AM-3:30PM, but please come early to help us set up, and plan to help pack up our materials afterwards. We appreciate you!
