About the Event
Help ONSC lead a fun Ozark Animals activity at the Springdale Public Library, on Tuesday, July 2nd, from 4:00PM-5:00PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:30, to help ONSC staff get set up, and stay to clean and pack up after the program is over. We will share about the secret lives of mammals, reptiles, birds, and more! Over the hour, we will discuss what makes each order of animal different from the other orders of animals, how they live in the wild, and what species of animals we may be likely to observe in the Ozarks. We will be bringing our snake ambassador, Cornelia the corn snake, as well as other tracks, pelts, skulls, and other preserved specimens, to share with the STEAM Campers.
