About the Event
Ozark Natural Science Center’s mission is to enhance the understanding, appreciation and stewardship of the Ozark natural environment.
At ONSC, we envision a future where everyone has the opportunity to engage deeply with nature. Through our dedication to education, environmental stewardship, and community collaboration, we aim to empower others to preserve the diverse ecosystems and natural heritage of the Ozarks.
As a non-profit, we rely on donors, grants, events, and fundraisers to keep doing our important work!
The Bear Hollow Hootenanny is ONSC's annual fall event to support science and nature education. We can't wait to see you for a weekend of music, activities, food, and fun on the beautiful, secluded ONSC campus.

Lodging: Optional overnight accommodations are available. Stay in a private room in one of ONSC's lodges or at a campsite (tickets below). Rooms include single bed, 2 bunk beds, or 3 bunk beds. Purchase a room for between 1 and 6 guests. See descriptions and pictures of our facilities here: www.onsc.us/facilities
Meals: All meals are included in the ticket prices. ONSC is pleased to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences.
Beverages: Drinks are complementary and have been donated by Black Apple Cider, Ozark Beer Co, and Pepsi Co
Tickets:
$100 Full Weekend Pass
$75 Saturday Full Day Pass
$50 Saturday Evening Pass
$35 Youth Pass - Ages 12-18
Kids 12 and under are free, but please register by ordering a free ticket below
Volunteer tickets include a free weekend pass in exchange for a 4-hour volunteer shift. Volunteers must be 13 years or older, and all children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
Shuttle: Optional shuttle from Fayetteville, Springdale, and Rogers on Friday and Saturday (locations TBD). Shuttle will only run if we reach our minimum ticket sales.

About Ozark Natural Science Center: ONSC offers a unique, immersion-based approach to learning about nature and the natural sciences. Students visit us for authentic science learning experiences that are correlated with national and state science learning standards and provide in-depth education in biology, ecology, geology, social studies, and nature art – all while students have fun hiking and experiencing nature. Camp activities include hikes, team-building, games, art, and small-group activities.
Ticket Refund Policy
Refunds up to 1 week before the event: Tickets are refundable minus any applicable fees (processing, administrative, etc.) until 7 days before the event.
Refunds within 1 week of the event: For refund requests made less than 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued
No refunds within 24 hours of the event: Refund requests made within 24 hours of the event are not permitted, except in exceptional circumstances and only with approval from ONSC administration.
Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
